Our B&B

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building of the early ‘900, is beautifully furnished and each room has a private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, LED TV and free wi-fi internet access.

A small room is at your disposal for breakfast.

Rates include:

  • Italian breakfast
  • Daily room cleaning.

Regolamento

  • No pets allowed.
  • It is forbidden to smoke in the whole building.
  • Reservations can be made by e-mail or by calling the numbers +39 340 258 3699.
  • The booking outside the website must be confirmed by an e-mail containing the receipt of the bank transfer of 30% of the total amount due.
  • Method of payment: 30% advance on booking and balance on arrival. Possibility of payment with Bancomat or Credit Cards. Checks are not accepted.
  • For the entry and exit from the structure there are no timetables to be respected. The guest is given the electronic keys that must be returned on departure.

Take the train (every 20 minutes) to Trastevere station and then bus n. 871 get off at the Via G. Carini stop.
Or Tram n. 8, get off in front of the Ministry of Education and walk to via Enrico Morosini, take bus n. 75 and get off at the first stop in via Barilli.

from Termini

Take the bus n. 75 direct and get off at the first stop on Via G. Carini.
Or bus n. H (direction Via Capassi), go down Viale Trastevere in front of the Ministry of Education, walk to via Morosini, take bus n. 75 or n. 44 and get off at the first stop in via Barilli.

from Tiburtina

From Tiburtina station, Tuscolana, take the train to the 4 Venti stop and walk along about 300 meters you will reach Via Felice Cavallotti 73

The tourist tax of 3.5 € per person per night must be added to the price.
